    Caroline, our family has been Lena Horne fans ever since my dear late mom played her records when I was a tiny tyke! What a beautiful, gutsy, talented woman! Thanks for saluting her here today!

    I love Lena Horne! Especially after a very funny story I heard about her that I will send to you individually instead of taking up comment space. She was a real class act and an unusually strong person in the face of all the prejudice she dealt with in Hollywood. It was a real loss when she died. Thanks for the Glam Spam!
